LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

E CLIPS…..held to a higher standard.

E CLIPS warrants for life, all of our products against manufacturer's defects, workmanship and self-sacrificed units.

E CLIPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any items returned under this warranty.

A return material authorization number (RMA) must be obtained by calling your E CLIPS customer service manager, Nancy Powers, at 978-212-1317. The repaired or replaced unit will be shipped within 2 business days of our receipt, by UPS Ground, FOB, Saint Petersburg, Florida.

In order to insure the efficient handling of returned material from our valued customers, E CLIPS requires the following procedures be followed: 

• RMA number must be visible on the outside of the shipping carton when returning.

• Customer must return damaged or defective units freight prepaid (Replacement units will be shipped UPS Ground, freight prepaid by E CLIPS)

• Product must be received within 30 days from the RMA issue date.

• Warranty replacements are subject to verification upon receipt.

The preceding constitutes the sole liability of E CLIPS and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall E CLIPS be liable for consequential damages or for delay in execution of this warranty. E CLIPS assumes no risk or liability for the results of the use of products purchased.
