You may return product to E CLIPS, within the return policy periods stated below:
• Money Back Guarantee - 30 Days from the time of purchase: 100% Refund, less shipping and handling.
• Return for credit - Within 1 year of purchase date, excluding re-engineered and discontinued models: 100% Credit.
• Return for credit - Beyond 1 year of purchase date, excluding re-engineered and discontinued models: 20% re-stocking fee.
• Custom designed products may not be returned.
How to Return: Please contact your E CLIPS customer service manager, Nancy Powers, at 978-212-1317 to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) within the return policy period. You must obtain an RMA Number in order to return product.
• Ship the products to E CLIPS within 30 days of the date E CLIPS issues the RMA Number.
• When shipping, please apply any applicable insurance or accept the risk of lost or damaged goods. Call-tags will not be issued.
E CLIPS reserves the right to apply all credits and/or restocking fees at their sole discretion.
